Hempuli’s expansive collection of block-pushing games continued expanding throughout the month of February, also joined by a couple of games that have received quite a bit of well-deserved attention! I hear 20 Small Mazes is a real short and snappy delight, and I Wanna Lockpick is one of those “goes so much deeper than you expect” games with a real cult following! Alongside them, we also have a puzzle game about a mysterious door, a Chess-inspired turn-based strategy game, and many more.

Oh and worth noting: one of the experimental Sokoban games from February, The Night Falls For The Day, is our current Thinky Games Club pick. If you’d like to chat about it (or any of the other games, really!), please pop along to our friendly Discord server.

All of the games below are totally free, so no excuses not to fill your life with thinky fun! Have a scroll through and find something to enjoy.

Powermount

Developed by Hempuli.

After years of making our covemountlikes using polluting coal and oil power, we’ve moved to fully clean energy!

Ueqouow

Developed by Hempuli.

We ran out of money when spriting the walls so they’re just fully black now

I Wanna Lockpick

Developed by LAWatson.

I Wanna Lockpick tells the strange story of a girl’s trip to an abstract world made of keys and doors. It’s a puzzle game! Follow Lily through many different abstract (and maybe beautiful?) landscapes, solving puzzles along the way. Bring colored keys to doors of the matching color. New mechanics are introduced the further you go, with each one getting progressively more unhinged than the last.

20 Small Mazes

Developed by FLEB.

This is a puzzle game with twenty small mazes. They’re good mazes, though.

CO-DOOR

Developed by yuji-ap.

Each stage has a mysterious door.

The space you can enter through the door is a shared space accessible from any stage.

Close Cities

Developed by Juanma Altamirano.

Close Cities is a relaxing puzzle game in which you will have to build cities in different worlds over time. Find a road and start there. Solve all 160 levels and become a Close Cities legend!

Note: This game has ads between puzzles that can be removed with a $3 in-app purchase.

Feud

Developed by Bearwaves.

Feud is a turn-based strategy game. Swap pieces on a four-by-four grid to isolate your opponent’s pieces, or go straight for their King. Hone your skills against three AI characters with distinct play-styles, then challenge your friends online or on the same screen.

The Night Falls For The Day

Developed by Sky Chan.

A game about two characters

Nesting Penguins

Developed by David King Made Some Games.

5 levels of slipping, sliding and pushing blocks of ice to get the Penguins back to their nests.

Covejank

Developed by Hempuli.

We’ve reached a critical mass of boxes and they’ve gone wild! Should’ve secured a higher CPU budget.

Wallmount

Developed by Hempuli.

Never-seen-before development and presentation has allowed us technology for this innovactive interative media piece – use the WASD keys, or arrows, to guide a wall on your “browser window” and have them, among other things, push characters about and collide with items!!!

Fascination Guaranteed!
