Stamps

Stamps is a short digital card game with strategy elements. You lay out a grid of stamps to satisfy variable and changing goals, keeping in mind their different geographic suits and values while contending with the special abilities triggered by each different kind of stamp. In combination with the clean, charming visuals and very calming music, these tile-placement rules add up to a lovely little game.

Each country is associated with a specific board-shifting rule which is shared by every related stamp. For instance, the stamps from Egypt need to swap with something else on the grid, while Brazilian stamps shift around a row or column. In order to clear the stage, you'll have to simultaneously fulfil a number of goals, such as assembling a row full of stamps from the same country and also a column with low enough stamp values. The goals are randomly chosen and change from one game to the next.

A Stamps demo is available as a browser game on itch.io; the full version was released on mobile platforms, and it includes additional stamp sets, hand-crafted puzzle scenarios and adjustable difficulty settings.
