A book collapsing under mysteries. A house falling apart. Nothing is truly random.

Here is an excerpt from House's itch.io description:
A single place, a single book, a single page, a single word, a single thought…
…and a HOUSE.
HOUSE is a collection of 25* hand-crafted puzzles, each one revolves around deriving a five-letter word from a set of clues by looking for patterns and trying to figure out what the graphics are trying to convey. The book features a large variety of puzzles to solve, as well as many secrets to discover.
This book is best experienced at your own pace, so don't feel bad about looking at the appendix for clues, as it is highly encouraged and even required for 100% completion. Because of this I also highly recommend reading through the book before attempting any puzzles.
The puzzles may be tackled in any order but increase in difficulty as the book goes on. Solving and discussing the puzzles with other people is advised as well. I also suggest using an image editing program, as that will help you test your theories more efficiently to alleviate the solving process.
Trapped within a cryptic book, you search for a magician's true name to escape.
You have been invited to Hotel Letztes Jahr, a strange manor full of lateral puzzles and a dark past.
A collection of otherworldly lateral puzzles you can either unseal day by day, or tackle whenever you like.
