Prepare your wallet and your wishlist: just one week from today marks the start of the Cerebral Puzzle Showcase, a celebration that has become an annual affair and unites all puzzle-lovers across Steam for a week-long event of sales, new releases, and discovering great games that make you think.
Cerebral Puzzle Showcase 2025 runs from May 29th to June 5th, and will feature dozens of developers showing off new demos, releasing new titles, or putting their old ones on deep discount. The showcase is run by Draknek & Friends, and in the past it's been organized into many specifically curated categories to help people sift through and find more games they might be interested in.
Just a few of the titles that I know will be debuting around the start of the event are: the sand-ship route-making game Trails, the don't-get-crushed box-busher Shrink Rooms, cozy-shadow-puppet-simulator Projected Dreams, the cute and playful Kiko's Apple Adventure, and two games with new demos: the line-crossing glyph-making game Trifoil, not to be confused with the stretchy-giraffe-neck game Trifolium. (There are surely many more, some of them possibly showing up in our Thinky Direct which kicks things off on May 29th...)
We'll see you on Steam for the showcase next week, and we'll certainly be discussing all things Thinky Direct and CPS in our discord. For now you can find more info on the official Cerebral Puzzle Showcase website.
