Help smiley blocks get to their goals by pushing away each other.
Tactic Toe is a free web game about moving a variety of smiley blocks with the ability to push away from each other. Similar to classic sokoban, the goal in each puzzle is to cover specific target positions with blocks. However, each block can be moved independently by pushing away from any other adjacent blocks.
As a minimialist PICO-8 game, the controls are very simple: simply select the block you want to move and then the direction you want to move it. You must, of course, pick a block that is able to move, as they are only able to do so if they have an adjacent block to push away from (including diagonally!).
The game is divided into a few short sets of levels, each introducing a new block type that moves in its own unique way. It also features a level editor for creating your own puzzles.
