Stuffo the Puzzle Bot is a logic-based puzzle-platformer about the very last puzzle bot solving bite-sized brain-teasers. Grab and position blocks around grid-based setups in order to open locks and reach the exit. Each level is a tightly contained puzzle room, with mechanisms that carry over to the following levels.

In Stuffo the Puzzle Bot, you pick up blocks with various powers and arrange them along metal bars in order to climb higher, teleport, and unlock doors. Stuffo can move about the level freely and grab blocks when adjacent to them. That said, some levels contain blocks that are locked into place, requiring you to find a way to circumvent these obstacles.

You’ll need plenty of spatial visualization as well as observation skills in order to figure out the placement of each block. Teleporter blocks can help Stuffo reach otherwise inaccessible areas, and spray blocks can unlock doors as well as push Stuffo to new heights. Creative players will find that these blocks do more than what they say on the tin. For example, placing a solid block right beneath a water spout will “lock” the block into place, creating a platform.

Some levels contain collectible atoms. You don’t need to pick up the atoms to clear the levels, but gathering a certain amount of them will open up branching paths on the puzzle selection screen, so you may have to come back for them eventually if you seek 100% completion.

Stuffo the Puzzle Bot’s tight puzzle design is complemented with a retro pixel graphics style and calm, soothing music. There are no timers nor hints in this game as it challenges players at their own pace. There is, however, an accessibility option for removing the “decorations” in the levels and help players focusing on the game.
