Slide your way to the goal using bouncing walls, portals and other mechanics.

Slip! is a free puzzle game about sliding your way to each level's exit. You control a slippery square inside various grid-based levels, which only stops moving when it hits a wall. It's a nice, straightforward puzzler to chip away at from your phone.
Each level is a relatively small room you have to navigate in order to reach a special exit tile. The core obstacles you'll have to deal with are bouncing diagonal walls, which send you sliding in another direction and disrupt the visualization of where you'll end up after a few moves. Later on, the game introduces blocks that break apart after the first time you've hit them, color-coded switches that toggle the angle of the bouncing walls, and — of course — portals, further complicating finding the right path to the exit.
Slip! features 400 hand-picked levels that slowly increase in difficulty, after which you can generate custom procedural levels. Early levels can usually be completed in less than 10 moves, and later levels slightly raise the bar to a sensible 10–15 range. Finding the clean, relatively short sequence of moves to the exit strikes a good balance between visualization efforts (where will I be in a few moves?) and logical reasoning (how do I clear a path to the exit?).
The game incentivizes completing each level in a minimal number of moves on the first attempt, which is a reasonable goal for players looking to put their visualization skills to the test. Hints and golden tickets are provided from time to time, after completing a set of levels; golden tickets give a second chance to claim the level reward as if you cleared it on the first attempt. Additional hints and golden tickets can be purchased or traded in exchange for watching an ad, but the game is otherwise free of charge.
