Two years ago, the young Japanese inventor Hayao Maelström came to France and settled in a quiet countryside. One day, he suddenly received an invitation personally signed by Nikola Tesla, inviting him to attend the once-in-a-decade scientific gathering at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Hayao set off for Paris full of anticipation, but during Tesla's opening speech, the venue suddenly plunged into darkness. When the lights came back on—Tesla mysteriously vanished in plain sight!
At its core, this game uses puzzles to drive the story forward. Players will explore a meticulously crafted Paris, engaging in conversations with characters across various scenes or interacting with objects within the environment. Each character or interactive object may hold a hidden puzzle. Solving these puzzles will advance the story or yield new clues. One by one, the puzzles eventually weave together into a captivating story.
Not everyone in the game will be honest with you. Some people weave lies endlessly to conceal the secrets buried deep within their hearts. You must meticulously analyze their testimonies, pinpoint logical inconsistencies in their dialogue, and turn "evidence" into ammunition to shatter their psychological defenses—extracting crucial clues that advance the plot.
