Play cards to putt golf balls around puzzling courses.

Golf Peaks is a cozy grid-based puzzle game about playing golf atop little mountains. However, instead of controlling your ball with clubs, you control it with a set of cards. The game focuses less on tight, brain-burning puzzle design, and more on laid-back, sometimes open-ended golfing challenges.
Each level of Golf Peaks presents you with a small isometric golf course and some cards. The cards dictate how far you’re able to move your ball, and each time you play a card you determine which way the ball moves. For example, you could play a move card with value two and drag the cursor to the upper right to hit the ball two spaces in that direction.
Each time a card is used, it can’t be used again, and you only have a limited number of cards in each level, so you need to apply spatial reasoning to determine what order of cards will get your ball to the hole. As the game progresses, it adds new mechanics like walls, slopes, sand traps and several others.
The puzzles in Golf Peaks aren’t designed to shepherd the player to a single “eureka” moment, instead they’re more open-ended challenges, some with multiple valid solutions, that encourage a relaxed flow state when solving them. The game’s charming hand-drawn art and soothing soundtrack contribute to the laid-back atmosphere.
