Eugene McQuacklin returns in a new comedic-noir investigation.

Duck Detective: The Ghost of Glamping is a point-and-click detective game about making deductions in a world of cartoon animals. You must collect clues and use them to complete fill-in-the-blanks puzzles in order to piece together the story one step at a time. The game is a sequel to Duck Detective: The Secret Salami (though no knowledge of the original game is required to play).
The gameplay is similar to the first Duck Detective game: part of the game is a point-and-click adventure where you find clues, talk to NPCs, and examine things with a magnifying glass, while the other part requires filling in Mad Libs-style puzzles called “deducktions” using names and words you found in the point-and-click sequences. Completing deducktions causes the story to advance. The difficulty is still moderate, with a helpful hint system available.
In this story, the detective Eugene McQuacklin is on a camping trip with his overenthusiastic roommate, Freddy Frederson, reprising his role from The Secret Salami. The campground is said to be haunted, though, and soon spooky — and silly — things begin happening. The point-and-click scenes feature 2D cartoon characters in low-poly 3D environments, but the game also introduces comic book-style 2D animated cutscenes that play when you complete an important deducktion.
