Atlantis no Puzzle is a puzzle-platformer about exploring Atlantis in search of its fabled treasure. Throughout the strange cryptic world of Atlantis, you'll discover items with magical powers and will have to experiment with them to understand how they can help further your exploration. Atlantis no Puzzle was created for a game jam and was inspired by classic NES game, Atlantis no Nazo.
As an homage to Atlantis no Nazo, the game has a bit of intentionally-awkward-to-contol retro-game feel, and it doesn’t shy away from dexterity challenges. But at its heart it's a game that’s really about learning, in a way that so many games shy away from. Learning what’s going on, what you’re capable of mechanically, and what your goals even are. So much lovely discovery in a cute PICO-8 package.
