An unusual game of solitaire with only 3 suits and a bridge between tableaus.
Bridges Solitaire is a single-screen solitaire card game, published for day 7 of the Confounding Calendar 2025.
This unusual form of solitaire has only 3 suits, so your goal is to create an ordered stack for each suit from Ace to 10 (10 is represented by an "X"). There are two tableaus where you can rearrange your available cards, moving cards to any other part of the tableau as long as they're placed on top of a card of a different suit and are valued either 1 higher or 1 lower than that card.
Additional challenge comes from the fact that cards cannot be moved between the two tableaus other than by forming a bridge. A bridge is created by placing a card between them, allowing cards of the matching suit to cross that bridge. Once that bridge is created, it is locked in place until you use it, so plan ahead carefully! Fortunately, there are two free spaces you can use to help maneuver cards a little more easily.
