Reliquia Park

Reliquia Park is a free block-pushing game about placing relics to open up paths and explore a memorial in a forest. There are five main paths to follow, each with their own theme and their own relics-positioning rules to discover. The game has a gentle learning curve but also features a lot of levels, eventually pushing the rulesets to demanding situations.

The beginning of Reliquia Park walks you through the basic mechanics of how to play before letting you out into the main portion of the game. From the hub, you’ll find five different paths to go down, each leading to a series of puzzle rooms with a specific set of logical rules. You’ll have to experiment with the relics to find out what kind of formation will unlock the door to the next room. For instance, in the Spire realm, you’ll be unlocking one part of the exit for every straight line in the room containing four relics.

Gravestones can be found all over the forest. Once you’re past the tutorial area, the epitaphs will start telling the story of the people who used to live here. This lore often connects thematically to the rules that each realm is based on. Every few puzzle rooms, you’ll also reach a garden, which acts as a puzzle-free checkpoint. Each garden features a unique code made out of sigils, that you can later enter in the hub teleporter to return to it quickly. This is essentially a passcode saving system.

Reliquia Park uses a version of the PuzzleScript engine, so it features the usual undo and restart options. If you’re really stuck on a puzzle, you could also head to the dedicated hint area. The hints will reveal certain mechanics on three levels: a vague hint, a more obvious clue, and a direct explanation. But the game also contains challenging optional levels for players who want to push themselves. Navigating the labyrinth that is Reliquia Park will uncover increasingly complex mechanics and hidden secrets.
